See How a Package to You is Done!

We take great care in getting you plants packed and to you. Each plant pot is individually wrapped in a plastic bag to insure the plant against drying out. Then shredded paper is placed around the plant itself to prevent leaf damage. Then this is rolled into a tube of newsprint so that the plant is kept stable. Finally each tube is placed in a box and empty spaces filled with more newsprint. This keeps your plant from moving and being damaged. Some minor leaf damage can occur, but you can be assured that the plant will arrive in reasonably good shape. We recommend that you do not repot for several days. You should unwrap the pot and give it a good watering and place it in indirect light until the shock of the trip is over.
