We just Upgraded & Have New Imagery & Plants
We Have Upgraded our Weblisting Links!
We Have also Upgraded our Web Imagery!
The New Search EngineWe upgraded our Search Engine for finding items and plants on our Website this season. Just look for the "Search our Offerings--Click Here Now" box at the top of every page just below the Glasshouse Works Images. You can also find it at the very bottom of each page where it says "Search our Online Website Offerings." This is a new fast websearch that is very reliable. So, look for
and click to look for the plants or garden items you want. Type in the term or plant name and the search will find the pages that the item you want is not. Usually the first and second links listed are the best. This search primarily searches only Sales pages and Picture Galleries. For your convenience, we have also included on our main search page the search by Google that searches just our website. It has never been easier to find what you want at the Glasshouse Works.

The legacy of Ameriflora has left a wonderful conservatory in Columbus, Ohio. This is the Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Garden. Located conveniently on Broad Street just East of downtown Columbus, this garden and conservatory houses a fine collection of exotics from around the world. We have been working closely with the Gardens. In the 2013 SEASON, The Franklin Park Conservatory has aquired a great number of Dale Chihuly Glass objects, some of which have been integrated into the plant rooms. It is an amazing and astounding site. A visit is well worth your while if you are in the area. We just transferred a group of tropicals up to Columbus to be integrated with the collections there. Among these is a Pandanus collection and some very distincive specimen bromeliads. Our emphasis in working with the Conservatory is to upgrade the displays from a great display to a world class display! We will let you know of any interesting news as it happens this spring at the Franklin Park facility. Different shows and events are planned all year long. Call them for details when you are in the area: call (614)-645-8733 for the hours of the constantly changing shows and exhibits. If you live in the Ohio area, contact the gardens for information on their tours (call (614)-645-5923 for more information).
