Please give us the Name, Address, and Phone number of the recipient of the gift, as well as a short
salutation if desired, along with the gift giver's Name, Address, and Phone number. Simply send us
or phone us the stock number of the desired gift certificate with a check or credit card number for
the discounted amount (there is no service charge or shipping charge).
If you place the Gift Certificate Order Online, you need only to
give us these details in the Notes and Comments section of the Online Invoicer/Shopping Cart.
We will send a printed certificate to the recipient (or to the giver if requested), redeemable upon receipt.
